The one with the tall windows and the courtyard. I talked to their events person and they can hold a block of rooms for us, but they need a headcount soon. Also, about dinner on Thursday, I can meet around six thirty if that still works. I found a small place that does wood fired flatbreads and has a quiet back room. Right, so about the projector for the community movie night. I borrowed a short throw unit last time, and it worked fine except the lens was a little dusty. If you want, I can ask my brother in law if we can use his again. He keeps it in a padded case with the cables labeled, which makes setup easier. We would still need to sort out the screen. The old one has a crease across the middle, but if we hang it with binder clips and pull it tight, it is not too noticeable in the dark. We should probably test it at the park on Saturday morning before people arrive. I can bring a folding table for the laptop and a small speaker. Let me know if you want me to call the parks office about the electrical outlet by the pavilion. I think they changed the key pickup time. That is all I have on it for now.
