I checked with everyone and it looks like Thursday is the only day that works for all of us. We had talked about Tuesday before, but two people are out that day. I was thinking 2 PM, since the morning is already booked for me and Sarah has a conflict at 11. That gives us the whole afternoon if we need to go long. I'll send the invite tomorrow once I confirm the room.

I sent a note to Maria this morning to confirm the room for Thursday. She said the old conference room is already booked until 2, so I asked about the smaller one near the front desk. It holds eight people, which is enough for our group. I will follow up with her again on Wednesday if I do not hear back by then.
