TOPIC: X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement by A&P Creations: Recall - Due to Undeclared Sildenafil and Tadalafil

ISSUE: A&P Creations is recalling X10 Natural Enhancement Supplement because it has been found to contain undeclared sildenafil and tadalafil.
Sildenafil and tadalafil are active ingredients in the FDA-approved prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis, respectively, used to treat erectile dysfunction. FDA approval of Viagra and Cialis is restricted to use under the supervision of a licensed health care professional. These undeclared ingredients may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates.
The affected product was distributed to consumers in the United States through Amazon, Walmart.com, and naturefuel.us between December 15, 2024 and June 11, 2026.
The original Spanish-language package identifies the product as “X10” and describes it as “Bebida energizante” (energy beverage).
As of September 14, 2026, A&P Creations has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.
