Former McCann New York CEO Amber Guild starts as president & CEO of Susan G. Komen on Oct. 1.

Kirsten Green of Forerunner, who specializes in consumer investing, is now on the board of Gap Inc. 

Brie Reiter Smith is now CEO of the berry brand Driscoll’s. 

Girls Who Code has a new CEO: Susan Gouijnstook, taking over from Tarika Barrett.

L’Oréal alum Gayle Tait will become CEO of Cocolab, which makes Cocofloss. 

Wisp has appointed Keira Krausz as CEO as it expands from reproductive health to other areas of women’s health. Egon Zehnder named Ayşe Güçlü Onur global leader of the firm’s human resources practice.

Stephanie Kaplan Lewis stepped down as CEO of Her Campus after 17 years. 

RAJ Sports promoted Kimberly Vale to oversee marketing and communications for both the Portland Fire and Portland Thorns. Mona Scott-Young was named CMO of Black Irish, the spirits brand founded by Mariah Carey. The AI contracts platform Spellbook named Meltem Kuran-Berkowitz CMO; she came on full-time after doing the role on a fractional basis. 

Room & Board (which is now an employee-owned company) added VP of marketing Jill Linville and Laura Gabbert (whose father founded the business) to its board. 

Sedgwick has appointed Courtney Welton as global chief legal officer, general counsel and corporate secretary. HealthyBaby has named Meredith Gieskes its CMO. Health System Services promoted Kellyn Torres to senior manager, people operations.

Tatiana Shalalvand is now a partner at Cherry Ventures. Nubank has appointed Circle general counsel Sarah Wilson as its new chief legal officer. Ex-Waymo CFO Elisa de Martel is now CFO of Wayve, which is building AI for autonomous vehicles. Sheila Vashee, who just wrapped up three years as CMO of Figma, is joining AI inference company Baseten as its new CMO. 

Rhone named Alexa Andersen chief merchandising officer. Digital product studio Ustwo has appointed Kim Lawrie as head of tech. Bunkerhill Health, which is building AI agents for hospitals, named Azita Hamedani chief clinical officer. Algolia named Veronica Servantez CMO. 

Moloco added Rachel Glaser, former CFO of Etsy, to its board. Airbnb promoted VP of comms Fallon O’Connor to head of communications and people. Flo Health named Rina Hahn CMO. Liz Carrasco is now CTO of OverDrive. 

And, ICYMI, Cathy Engelbert is stepping down as commissioner of the WNBA. All eyes are on who the league will choose next…
