1. The curriculum. It’s the C.A.R.E. Curriculum (Current, Actionable, Responsible, Empowering): nine modules and 40 lessons, every one of them available the day you enroll. Full-length workshops taught by me and Nyasha Green, shorter written lessons, and hands-on activities that turn into real projects the same day. All in, about 10 to 12 hours. No tech background needed. If you can use a browser, you’re ready.
The governance, risk and policy material is the part I’m proudest of. We originally built it for the professionals in our flagship programs who advise companies on AI. We redesigned it for someone who has a job, a team and a cause rather than a client list.
2. The community of practice. A year in our Slack community, alongside 2,000+ students from all of our programs, with a channel just for this one. It’s where we help each other, every day, bring responsible AI adoption to every company and organization we’re a part of. Nick, one of those students, put it this way:

3. The certification. You earn the Ethical AI Leadership Certification by writing a 4-page Ethical AI Plan for a real group of people (your team, your department, a board you sit on, a classroom, even your household). An instructor reviews it and sends written feedback. It’s shareable on LinkedIn, as a PDF or on a resumé.
4. The mindset. This is the part you can’t get from a tool tutorial. It’s optimistic without being naive. It skips the “us vs. them” framing and starts with a better question: how can this make things better, faster and cheaper for the people around us, without harming any of them? Once that question is second nature, you bring it into every meeting, every rollout and every dinner-table conversation about AI.
