It's Tuesday. September 29th.
This is your sixth fresh start of 2026, and I want to say something about that which nobody says.
Six attempts is not evidence that you can't do it. Six attempts is evidence that you keep coming back, which is the rarer trait by a considerable margin. Most people quit at two.
The reason the previous five didn't hold has nothing to do with wanting it enough. They didn't hold because each one relied on you feeling motivated on a Tuesday in week three, and nobody feels motivated on a Tuesday in week three.
So this one shouldn't rely on that. Same intention, different mechanism: something small enough that a bad Tuesday doesn't break it, and a visible record so week three has something to point at.
Attempt six with a different mechanism is not the same as attempt six. It only looks the same from outside. From inside it is the first one that does not depend on how you feel on a given Tuesday.
