This year’s Employment Mentoring Day, a partnership between the Department of Family Services Disability Rights and Resources program and Fairfax County Public Schools, brought together students with disabilities and Fairfax County staff for a day of career exploration and fun. Held annually, the event gives students the opportunity to learn first-hand about a wide range of employment opportunities, connect with county employees and build confidence as emerging job seekers.
