As of Monday, October 12, the right-turn northbound access to South Clark Street is open from westbound 15th Street South. (In other words, right turns only.)
Traffic from South Bell Street or from eastbound 15th Street South will need to U-turn at Crystal Drive to access South Clark Street.
Southbound South Clark Street will remain closed while lanes are under construction.
About the Project
This project will connect South Clark Street and South Bell Street to form a new fully signalized intersection at 15th Street South. The project includes improved bike infrastructure on 15th Street South, a paved path along South Clark-Bell Street from 12th Street South to 18th Street South, and will realign 14th Road South to connect to Crystal Drive.
