[ALERT] CMS PECOS R7.59.0.1 Release - 10/16/2026

This message is for users of the PECOS PI and AI applications in the Production environment.

Please be advised that the CMS PECOS PI and AI applications in the Production (PROD) environment will not be available from 09:00 PM EST to 11:00 PM EST on Friday, 10/16/2026, due to the R7.59.0.1 code deployment.

The following PI enhancements are included in this release:

Update to the ADR to resolve multiple L&Ts for one reassignment being submitted, leading to an unexpected processing error issue.
Update to the Document Upload section to resolve document upload error issue.
Updates to the Signatures page to feature pagination with a default of 25 pending signatures per page, optional view sizes, and a search box for full-text search by applicant name and tracking ID.
Update to the 'Individuals' and 'Groups' views to include pagination with default 250 entries per page, optional view sizes, a full-text search box for NPI and name, and a "Clear" button to reset searches.

The following AI enhancements are included in this release:

PECOS-801670 - Enhance Associate Creation Workflow for Surety Bond Companies to Utilize NAIC
- PECOS AI: Updated Surety Bond Information to utilize NAIC for Surety Bond Companies instead of TIN
Update to the Reassignment section to resolve unexpected error issue.
Update to the ADR to remove Legal Business Name as submitter for historic iterations issue.
Update to the 855S form to resolve Surety Bond - Not Found and NAIC number bypass issue.
Update to the 855S form to resolve Surety Bond Company Name and required TIN type fields issue.
Update to Enrollment Exception Report to resolve System Exception Error exceeding the field size limit issue.

The following Data Mart enhancements are included in this release:

Update the AO inbound file processing logic to resolve data processing issues affecting historic Product & Service (Prod & Srvc) data.
