As open enrollment ends today, we want to remind retirees that the Office of Benefits Services (OBS) will accept the Retiree Enrollment/Change Form (HR-461) and required dependent documentation (if needed) through Monday, November 25, 2024. This will provide you with additional time to submit changes to your plan or to make changes or add/remove dependents (if needed).

Any changes made during open enrollment will become effective January 1, 2025.

As a reminder, if you do not wish to make changes to your elections, no action is required during open enrollment.

• If you will be requesting coverage for a spouse/dependent not currently enrolled, you must submit the required documentation supporting your dependent(s) eligibility to the Office of Benefit Services. View the Dependent Eligibility Chart to see the list of required documents.
• Visit the Retiree Open Enrollment webpage to review electronic copies of the Retiree Benefits Briefing and the 2025 Retiree Benefit Premium Chart.
