It's Tuesday, and a Kingston city councillor is adding her voice to a coalition of municipal leaders speaking out against potentially heavy-handed approaches to dealing with homeless encampments. We also have a story about a first-degree murder charge related to a Napanee fire earlier this year, and a look at a Taylor Swift superfan's trip to the pop icon's Toronto tour stop. It was the country’s first mail stoppage in six years. |
