Trump Taps Wall St. Executive Howard Lutnick as Commerce Secretary

The chief executive of Cantor Fitzgerald has been leading President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team. He has called for tariffs to protect U.S. industries from foreign competition and lower corporate taxes.
