Dinner theatre: Sudbury Performance Group is excited to bring audiences an evening of laughter, drama and delicious dining with the upcoming dinner theatre production of Till Beth Do Us Part, a comedy by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope and Jamie Wooten. Health: A vigil for Transgender Day of Remembrance will take place on Nov. 20 at the Main Branch Public Library on MacKenzie St at 6 p.m. The Transgender Day of Remembrance is a day to remember transgender people who have died because of their identity and for transgender people and their allies to take time to reflect on how we can better the community for everyone.
Music (buy tickets): In anticipation of Black Friday, Northern Lights Festival Boreal is offering an exclusive promotion on tickets for its 2025 festival. Community: The Greater Sudbury Public Library is undertaking community engagement to help shape its first-ever long-term library plan. Arts: The Nouveau Louvre returns to the Galerie du Nouvel-Ontario until Jan. 3. The Nouveau Louvre, a holiday art sale, returns for its 29th year. For this occasion, the gallery walls will be plastered with works by your favourite local and regional artists. Shop in person at the GNO, 27 Larch St. (inside Place des Arts) or online at gn-o.org/en. All works are sold for $225. Profits are shared between the artist ($150) and the GNO ($75).

Radio: Sudbury’s community radio station CKLU 96.7 caters to all music tastes. The Sounds of Scotland airs Sundays at 10 a.m. and Wednesdays at noon. Maestro’s Picks runs Sunday at noon. Broadway fans are in their element on Mondays at 11 a.m. as they tune into Sounds of Broadway. Allan Walsh’s take on the jazz world in Jazz Sounds is always worth listening to on Wednesdays at 2 p.m. JazzMania airing Saturdays at 6 p.m. is equally informative and entertaining.
