Hi again – and happy Friday! Today’s newsletter reflects on the history of Altadena, a historically Black community ravaged by the Los Angeles fires. I’m really saddened by the stories of elders losing everything, and while writing this, it was bittersweet learning the stories of community members and how thoughtfully their stories were archived.
