Another crucial process that on a coffees journey from source to cup is cupping.
Cupping is a practice that assesses the flavour, aroma and quality of a coffee. It helps coffee professionals make decisions on what green coffee to buy, evaluate new roast profiles, and as a means of quality control. It’s also a great experience to share new and interesting coffees with fellow enthusiasts.
Guided by our coffee team, our tasting experiences offer an opportunity to learn how to ‘cup’ coffee from the experts. Throughout January, we’re hosting tasting experiences sampling the entire Lunar New Year coffee collection, including the rare (and very limited) Taiwanese special edition, Qing Yé.
