on 04/29/2026 a new investment round for Companisto starts! You can then invest in Companisto for a short time.
The year 2025 was a record year for Companisto. Over 45 million euros were invested in startups via Companisto and the Companisto Group generated sales of 9.5 million euros and an annual surplus of 2 million euros.
According to the latest ECCL study, we are now market leader in the EU. Through consistent digitalization, we have built the largest investor network and the largest business angel club in the EU. This development is leading to great interest from investors from Germany and abroad in investing in Companisto.
We will therefore accept further investors in a new investment round on a limited basis.
The special thing about an investment in Companisto is that Companisto participates in all startups financed on Companisto with a “Carry”. This means that if a startup financed on Companisto makes a profit or is sold (Exit), Companisto receives a profit share from each startup.
This applies to all startups already financed in the past (over 100 active - including HERO, DiaMonTech, AMERIA and much more) and also to all startups financed in the future. 35 to 40 startups are currently financed via Companisto every year.
An investment in Companisto is therefore also an (indirect) investment in every startup ever financed on Companisto!
The investment round begins on 04/29/2026. From then on, all 185,000 registered Companists can invest in Companisto for a short time. We assume that the investment round will be quickly oversubscribed and will therefore only be open for a short time. |
