The international co-financing round of sendance has just started. The following are investing: the Barça Innovation Hub of FC Barcelona (ES), Alfastar Ventures (BG), Garage Angels (CZ) and SAJ Industries (SG).
Of a total of EUR 2 million, EUR 1.59 million has already been committed by these international co-investors and Companisto Business Angels.
The Austrian MedTech company is developing a patented sensor grid technology with which medical aids can be analyzed for the first time on a data-based basis in everyday use.
sendance is already working with over 40 international customers and partners. These include Ottobock (DE), Össur (CH), Blatchford (UK) and Orthonix (US). |

| What does sendance do? |
|
| sendance develops a sensor technology that is integrated directly into medical aids such as prostheses, orthoses and insoles and can also be used in the sports sector, for example to analyze movement sequences. The sensors measure pressure, load and movement, among other things, during use. This creates data on how the respective aid is actually used in everyday life. Manufacturers and medical partners can use this information to better understand, adapt and further develop products. |
