New investment round starting June 10, 2026
New regulations allow AMERIA AG to issue shares again for the first time since 2022 to the extended circle of Companisto investors. Due to the continued demand from existing and new shareholders, we have decided together with Companisto to take advantage of this opportunity.
Subscription of shares is possible starting June 10, 2026. The expected issue price is approximately 1,500 € per share. Shares can only be purchased in pairs, making the minimum investment approximately 3,000 €. The previous investment ceilings have been completely eliminated.
